Enquiry Process

We want to make the washroom service enquiry process as simple as possible. Whether you’re new to washroom services or changing from an existing supplier, here’s what to expect along the way.

1. Initial Enquiry

From your 1st enquiry, whether by phone or online, a member of our staff will advise you on the washroom products and washroom services we can offer.

We will then arrange to meet you and complete a site survey to fully assess your requirements.


2. Meeting Up

We will advise you of the washroom products that best suit your washroom space and levels of footfall. Our bespoke service will ensure you have the exact equipment you need – no more, no less. We will agree the service frequency required to maintain your washroom to the highest standard. Allowing for changes in your staffing levels, this can be changed along the way.

3. Installation

Once your equipment, washroom service schedule and price has been agreed, we will arrange a date for installation. This could within one week or at a later date, if you have commitments to an existing supplier. All washroom products will be installed to the highest standard and we will endeavor to cover existing fixings where possible.

4. Maintenance

Maintenance of your equipment will be conducted by a dedicated member of our washroom services team, ensuring continuity with knowledge of your equipment and site layout. We also appreciate you may have peak times in your business so we can adjust our washroom service frequency to allow for this.
